Private Evaluations Ages 6+
Evaluations are conducted by a qualified examiner who is not employed by the school district.
It provides an objective, in-depth look at an individual’ learning, attention, and processing needs to inform eligibility for services such as College Accommodations, Section 504/Special Education Services, SSI benefits and more.

We provide college students and adults with documentation to receive work or college accommodations.
Educational Consultations
Receive tailored guidance on academic decisions, career planning, and learning strategies.
Easy Scheduling
You can schedule an appointment and follow-up meeting with a quick phone call. We have flexible appointment availability within 2-3 weeks depending on your schedule.
Our Evaluation Process
Evaluation Process
Our evaluations are conducted by a Texas and Nationally Certified Educational Diagnostician who uses the most updated research-based assessments. The evaluations range between 2-4 hours depending on each individual’s age and needs. In order to provide the most comprehensive evaluation possible, the client will also be required complete some educational history forms and/or surveys that can be done from home.
Reports and Results
In most cases, the evaluation report will be completed within 2 weeks of the date that the evaluation was completed. The evaluation report will be shared with you a day prior to your Follow-Up Meeting and the results will be reviewed in detail at your scheduled Follow-Up Meeting.
Benefits of an Evaluation:
Access to School Supports & Standardized Test Accommodations
A comprehensive evaluation formally documents learning disabilities or ADHD, enabling eligibility for school supports like a 504 Plan or IEP and testing accommodations on standardized exams (e.g., extended time, small groups, or tech aids).
Eligibility for Medical & Community Resources
An evaluation provides documentation to access medical treatment or community supports. For example, ADHD may qualify for medication or therapy, while Early Onset Dementia or cognitive conditions can qualify for community programs, therapy, or long-term planning resources.
Support for SSI & Disability Benefits
For families pursuing SSI benefits or disability support, an evaluation provides essential proof of need. Formal documentation supports financial aid eligibility and ensures access to legally entitled services and accommodations.
